Construction Updates

APRIL 2007 - All reticulation of natural gas mains have been completed in Yarra Glen, Wandin, Seville, Seville East, Woori Yallock, Launching Place and Yarra Junction and we are currently installing gas services and gas meters to those residents (where gas is available) requesting connection through their nominated energy retailer.

The reticulation of gas mains has commenced in Wesburn and is planned to be completed by early May 2007. Mill Grove is planned to be completed by June, 2007. Gas services are being connected to residents progressively in these towns where residents have requested a service through their gas retailer (where mains have been installed and are gassified)

DECEMBER 2006 - All reticulation of natural gas mains have been completed in Yarra Glen, Wandin, Seville, Seville East and Woori Yallock and we are currently installing gas services and gas meters to those residents (where gas is available) requesting connection through their nominated energy retailer.

The reticulation of gas mains has commenced in Launching Place including Don Valley and is planned to be completed by early 2007. Gas services are being connected to residents progressively in these towns where residents have requested a service through their gas retailer (where mains have been installed and are gassified)
The reticulation of gas mains will begin in Yarra Junction in early 2007.
The reticulation of gas mains in the other remaining towns (Wesburn and Millgrove) will commence in mid 2007

AUGUST 2006 - All reticulation of natural gas mains have been completed in Yarra Glen, Wandin and Seville and we are currently installing gas services and gas meters to those residents (where gas is available) requesting connection through their nominated energy retailer.

FEBRUARY 2006 - All reticulation of natural gas mains in Yarra Glen and Wandin North has now been completed. All gas services and gas meters are being installed to those residents (where gas is available) requesting connection through their nominated energy retailer in Yarra Glen and Wandin. The reticulation of natural gas mains has commenced in Seville and is due to be completed by end of April 2006. Gas Connections in Seville will commence when the gas is available (expected from March 2006). Constructions works is planned to commence in the townships of Seville East and Woori Yallock from May 2006.

NOVEMBER 2005 - The reticulation of natural gas mains in Yarra Glen has now been completed. The reticulation of natural gas mains has commenced in Wandin township and all of Wandin is planned to be completed by the end of 2005. Reticulation of gas mains in the townships of Seville, Seville East and Woori Yallock to commence early in 2006. Services and gas meters are being installed to those residents (where gas is available) requesting connection through their gas retailer in Yarra Glen and Wandin.

Construction works of the grid supply mains along the Warburton highway is currently approximately 69% completed. Natural gas is planned to be available to residents directly along the Warburton Highway in the townships of Wandin and Woori Yallock from December, 2005.

JULY 2005 - Construction works of the distribution mains in the township of Yarra Glen is currently approximately 44 % completed. Natural Gas is planned to be available to residents from August 2005.

Construction works of the grid supply mains along the Warburton highway is currently approximately 25% completed. Natural gas is planned to be available to residents directly along the Warburton Highway in the townships of Wandin and Woori Yallock from September, 2005. Construction will commence in the townships of Wandin, Seville, Seville East and Woori Yallock shortly.

APRIL 2005 - Construction to deliver natural gas to more than 6000 homes and businesses in the Yarra Ranges has commenced with the "turning of the sod" in April, 2005. Construction works has commenced in two locations in the Yarra Ranges. These locations are in Yarra Glen and along the old Warburton Highway and Wandin.
