Ancillary Reference Charges

A retailer may charge a customer other amounts relating to the costs of providing them with gas. Often these are costs that are 'passed on' by the retailer from the distributor for your area. The Essential Services Commission of Victoria currently approves the charges and terms set by each of the three Victorian gas distributors for gas distribution, which include gas connections and disconnections, and metering services, referred to as ancillary reference charges. Multinet's charges for these ancillary reference charges have been set for the 2007 calendar year and are made available here for your information.
