Tariffs and Charges

The Essential Services Commission of Victoria (ESC) regulates distribution tariffs which relate to the cost of transporting gas through the distribution network (pipes in the street). Other charges including those for connections and disconnections, meter testing etc are also approved by the ESC and they are called Ancillary Reference Charges. Multinet is entitled to charge to gas retailers adjusted prices, fees and charges for Full Retail Contestability Cost Recovery. These are listed in FRC Charges.
